Roles & Responsibilities of BOG
  • Provide strategic direction for the academic, administrative, and overall institutional development of Saraswati College of Education.
  • Review and approve major institutional policies, quality initiatives, academic planning, and governance frameworks in alignment with statutory norms.
  • Ensure compliance with the regulations and guidelines of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, NCTE, UGC, and other relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor institutional performance, student progression, faculty development, infrastructure enhancement, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support effective financial planning, resource utilization, infrastructure development, and institutional sustainability.
  • Promote student welfare, inclusivity, grievance redressal mechanisms, gender sensitivity, anti-ragging measures, and a safe campus environment.
  • Encourage stakeholder participation by incorporating feedback from students, faculty, alumni, employers, and community representatives for institutional growth.
