The Research & Development Cell (RDC) at Saraswati College of Education is established to foster a robust research culture among faculty and students. The RDC promotes innovation, scholarly inquiry, and community-oriented projects while strengthening academic excellence. All research initiatives are aligned with the institutional development objectives and regulatory standards set by the UGC, NCTE, and Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hissar.
The RDC serves as a central platform for research planning, monitoring, and capacity building across the college.

Mission
To promote participation in research-related activities, workshops, academic writing, and capacity-building initiatives while encouraging faculty and students to gradually strengthen research engagement and scholarly development.
Encourage faculty and students to undertake research projects, surveys, and case studies.
Focus research priorities on areas like women empowerment, education innovation, sustainability, and community development.
Promote scholarly publications, conference participation, and dissemination of knowledge.
Organize capacity-building activities, workshops, and training in research methodology.
