The Accession Register contains a detailed record of all books and materials acquired by the library,including book titles, authors, purchase dates, and accession numbers.

- Borrowing Limit: Students – up to 3 books | Faculty – up to 5 books
- Loan Duration: Students – 14 days | Faculty – 30 days | Renewals allowed if no pending requests
- Late Return & Fines: ₹5 per day per book
- Reference Books: Reference books/journals cannot be issued outside the library.
- Book Care: Members are responsible for proper care. Lost/damaged books must be replaced or paid for.
- Reservation & Requests: Books can be reserved online via the website.
- Behavior: Silence, cleanliness, and proper conduct must be maintained.
Students and faculty can request a book online using the official Google Form.
